When my friend told me about this program, I was uncertain. I didn't join it until two months later when I saw the changes in my friend. Now I go to the gym 3 times per week with this small group and i feel magnificent! The instructor really knows how to push you to work harder but with lots of appropriate comments and encouragement ! I feel that I have a lot more stamina and some parts of my body (abd, triceps) are more contoured and tight. As for the price, yes, more expensive than if you compare going to the gym by yourself and wandering around those machines. It is always taught in a small group and you get a lot of personnel attention! I realized that I did some of the excercises the wrong way for some (positions) in the past!

Very nice and will definitely keep the membership:) I joined the group training for more than a year and love it a lot. Wing is very nice, patient and professional, she spends time to plan the training and guide us to achieve our goal.

I have joined group training with Wing for over a year. There is lot of fun here. And the instructors are professional and dedicate to each trainee, environment is neat and well Equited. I met many friends in Wing's Gym. There is no reason I will step out from this finess center.

If you want to know what you CAN DO, Wings Fitness Studio is the right place for you. I believe in core strength, so thus Wing. Her program is so far the best as this was the only program that I sticked for more than 9 months and still wish to stay. I don't mean the program elsewhere is no good, but from the cost-benefit and results point of view, this is so far my best choice. I also made lots of friends here as we worked hard together. We encourage each other, and support each other to achieve our goals.

Can’t say more amazing things about the studio! Everyone is incredibly friendly and approachable, and genuinely cares about how to best help you achieve your fitness goals in the way that you will enjoy and stick to it. It is a genius idea to team up people as a group, exercising with so much fun! I look forward to seeing how much I can achieve with these fantastic guys!

I’ve learned a lot from Wing about how to workout in a right body form. She is really helpful with every body in the team and she really focuses on full body condition and strength training. Every one has been satisfied with the outcome after working out with her and the whole team is like a family. Great atmosphere at the gym and she knows how to motivate guys to dig the power out of the body. If you are looking for a place to have a body transformation or to achieve your goal, then Wing is the one you should go for.

Great location & amazing gym! Wing is friendly & professional. I would highly recommend over personal training as value is high & workouts are well structured. I have great workout every single time! I enjoy the class and definitely feel the burn all over my body the next few days. It's affordable and result is effective.

This is a really nice studio for personal training. It is well maintained and very clean. There is an massage therapist and Chiropractor on site. Wing, the owner and trainer is very attentive. Her style of training is excellent for someone that has had injuries or wants to train to prevent injuries. I am 53 years old and have been training twice a week for about 3 months and am really pleased with my progress. My increased strength and flexibility has not only helped me with my sports, like soccer, but has also made day to day tasks so much easier. I highly recommend Wing and her studio.
