★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service and value can be found at Wrenches. Jay is friendly, informative and his shop offers great value for your automotive needs. The business model is one of honesty, respect, timely communication and excellent service.
This was may first experience with Wrenches auto service and based on my experience, I will be a returning customer anytime there is any work to perform on my vehicles. Specifically, I brought my car in for what appeared to be a battery drain issue and a power wind switch not working. It was quickly determined the issue was only the battery and that was all I paid for. When I phoned other shops to find someone to look at my car, they were telling me I would have to replace the alternator as well. Jay and team only repairs what was truly necessary. A very honest team there. I will return.
I highly recommend Wrenches and Jay's team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly let me say that I know a great deal about automotive ? repairs.
Wrenches ? is by far the best ? automotive repair shop I have experienced in 55 years with the one exception that was my previous shop until he retired and closed his business.
Wrench's owner Jay is always pleasant. He greets you warmly and discusses your automotive needs. Then the mechanics do what is required and they are also easy to talk to.
The prices are reasonable considering the cost of everything else such as new ? ? ? automobiles. They don't upsell you to do work that is unrequited.
They will of course do any repairs you request but mention that they could possibly wait ✋ a few years if you choose.
They keep records of previous work done so they have knowledge of your vehicle.
All this being said I have had the extreme opposite from other automotive businesses. I could tell you horror stories of all types but not from Wrenches.
Bottom line is that Wrenches ? are honest, capable and friendly. What more could you ask for.

They had my vehicle in on time and did a quality professional replacement of my driver's side door lock actuator ,considerably cheaper than at the dealerships quoted repair costs.
They are also easy to find just off 32nd Ave
I will continue to use WRENCHES for any future repairs to my families vehicles in Calgary.
I truly appreciated the honest and straightforward repair quote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrenches did a significant amount of work to my older GMC. The rear differential was making noise for a year or so, water pump with a slow leak for many years, intake and idle problems. Jay and I discussed the truck and the issues, being mechanically inclined myself it was a good conversation around the pinion and crown gears and which way we should consider repairing or replacing. The water pump leak was gaskets but opted to replace the pump. The intake issues were very minor. I was treated very fairly and would recommend wrenches and team to anyone. If I were a younger man I would do the repairs myself, but I now have a shop I trust to do right by me and feel confident in the job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did wheel alignment here in November 2021, they were able to take my car in next day and did amazing job, steering never felt so straight. 2 previous alignments done by friends* at the dealership. Remember you guys every time road gets slippery. No upsells, price very reasonable, was done super close to promised time on a busy day.
