N	Nai Perez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tom replace my exhaust muffler for my Honda Civic it was a fast service and done over an Hour I got a new muffler and happy with the job done in my car, price is reasonable. Only thing is i need to come back for my exhaust tip it would be a complete awesome service if they installed it to the new muffler so i dont have to come back for it. The service done has a 1 yr warranty so im keeping my reciept just in case issues come up related to the work done in my car.

I came to this shop yesterday asking for a paper diagnosis/ pictures of the radiator that was claimed to be leaking and/or what needed to be fixed with my 2005 Mitsubishi Endeavor. As soon as I came, we had asked Tom if we could receive one and instead of politely telling us that he had shown the "leak" to my boyfriend, he came off super aggressive and even said, "I don't need to take pictures, I already showed him (my boyfriend) the leak." I ended up bringing my car to another mechanic and I was given all pictures of the problems with my car and a thorough explanation. I was even told that the radiator wasn't even leaking and there were other problems with it and NOT the radiator. I just can't understand that if you're gonna charge someone $20 for an inspection, why aren't you able to give a paper copy and pictures of the problems?

I am from Edson Alberta and recently bought a car in Calgary, the car was straight piped (extremely loud exhaust) so I bought a muffler and resonator in Calgary (stock ones the car comes with). I called and they told me to bring it in for them to look at it and quote it. When I got there I found the shop and waiting room EXTREMELY disorganized. After a while I was instructed to drive it around the back onto a hoist. He did not even lift the car to look at it, he just said "you're a mechanic, do it yourself" ! So I informed him I did not want to drive the 4.5 hours home with a car this loud. Then he informed me it wasn't loud, to do the work myself. I once again told him I could not install an exhaust on the side of the street or else I would! He once again told me it was not loud, do it myself, then said bye and walked away. Needless to say I won't be returning. Also I would be very surprised if it was a certified shop, or anyone had a red seal ticket... Very unprofessional and puts a bad name to my entire trade.
