Had to buy a new multi/signal switch for a 2007 Dakota. Was helped by Karen and I am very happy with the service I received. Best Napa parts store experience I have had in a while, we need to clone Karen and put here in all Napa locations.

Poor customer service, tried to call, everytime they said busy with customer. When i went to store all three were busy on phone. Just for one drain plug i spent 45 minutes here.

Steep driveway hard to get my lowered car into scrapes hard, but the actual customer service is amazing, would recommend, If the long hair blonde guy helps tig he does a great job

Counter attendants (especially that Manish old angry woman) have absolutely terrible customer service skills. The worst attitude and demeanor I have ever experienced in my life in any department of customer service. Not only when dealing with me, but while I waited my turn I watched her speak with others with zero respect and be very blatantly condensing and down right mean to people who had simple service questions about parts and performance of products. That woman and also another staff who step in while she was arguing with me, must lead very miserable lives to be comfortable treating people that way and talking to customers with such disdain and rudeness. Shame on them. the manager should be more present to monitor the staff and give performance evaluations. If there were more authority figures present, many would loose their jobs based on what I witnessed today .

Was put on hold 4 different times, call lasted 12 minutes waiting and only took 30 seconds to answer my one question. I understand being busy but why keep picking up only to tell me that they'll put me on hold again. I would suggest letting the customer know they're on hold once and just pick up once ready to help the customer.
