★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a chance of doing business with the knowledgeable people at Truck Outfitters. They have a great selection and seem to know their stuff. Glen was particularly helpful in selecting options for my truck, and they did a great job installing the components. You can tell he’s a truck geek. One item though, I was less satisfied with the hood guard - it made a lot of wind noise. Glen explained to me that it was a newer product and that they’d happily replace it if I wasn’t satisfied. And so they did.. Free of charge. NOW, that’s service. Thank you guys./

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys were super helpful and easy to deal with. I bought a hitch from them and saved $350 getting it from them other then a rv dealer. They were very helpful and got the hitch I need in very fast and even helped load it up for me. I will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are customer service all the way!!! Rob , Ryan , and I believe another Rob in the back took the time to show me different options for a led dual light bar install. They all made it clear it was going to be done right or not at all. As they took the time to show me different options once they took the front end apart they found yet another option for the purpose of better meeting my expectation and serving functionality. As I had my hearty set on the light bars being installed in a location "I" selected based upon our list of options , and by the way they could of installed it that way. Rob, Ryan, and Rob once again brought me in the back to show me the additional option they came up with. As I stood there and listened they all spoke from experience regarding the product, the installation and how it would relate to my expectation. Basically they gave me enough info to realize they had a better, more functional idea while able to actually hide the light bars at the same time. I found the way they presented the idea resulted in me coming up with my own buy-in/conclusion. Well let me tell you when it was completed Rob (Mgr.) called me at my office and said I was going to be really impressed and I certainly was!!! The three guys exceeded my expectation in all areas starting at selecting the product and to being able to give me feedback on it , to the install, and of course the finished product as these led lights are crazy(distance/pattern/brightness). Last but not least was the price ; the price was very reasonable as per the install and quality of the product. I most certainly will be back and won't hesitate to tell my friends about Rob, Ryan, and Rob.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had mudflaps installed on our dodge 3500. The installer at the time wasn’t great. He isn’t there anymore. My mudflaps fell off because of poor installation. When they came off the also ruined my fender flares.
The new manager, Ryan, stepped in and made everything right. I highly recommend going to the Truck Outfitters for truck accessories as they know what they are selling and will look after all clients. I’m very happy with new installers and the work that was just completed last week. Great customer service and great pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased the canopy in the spring of 2015 at a good price. Had huge water leaking problems around the windows. Took them apart from the inside once to re-caulk and then caulked copiously from the outside. Live 3 hours away, so hard to get back to the dealer. AND, the pistons went during the cold weather we had in December. They no longer work. Will hopefully get them replaced by dealer????
Talked to dealer, says there is a three year warranty. This is good but what will happen in two years when we have another cold snap, will the the replacement pistons be covered?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped off my truck at 9am they didn't start working on it until, they said 11am. It was promised to be done from 3-5pm. I was dropped off at 2:40, they said it would done in 45 mins to an hour. I waited and it wasn't done until 5:20. They said they had trouble with some bolts and the spare tire. They never gave me any updates as I waited. At least they could have updated me at some point! They were friendly and professional guys. When they say it may take all day, they really mean it! It's too bad I really needed my truck at 3pm! Thanks guys for all your hard work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re looking for upgrades for your truck this is the TOP ONE STOP SHOP where Matt and the crew will make your wishes and dreams come true! They’ve turned my work truck into a show truck! I was quoted for a cover and it didn’t go the way THEY wanted and they gave me an upgrade at a cost to them cause their word and quality meant MORE!
As other reviewers have stated they were ‘blown away’ so was I and so will you!
SO GO NOW! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with this company. I went in here to get a headache rack. They told me they have the rack but not the install kit, he was phoning Reddeer to see if they had it if not it had to come from Ontario, he said he would call me back. A week later i called them to see when it was going to be in and he told me he had not ordered it but he would get it there as soon as possible. That was a month ago i have phoned to check in a couple times and they have bot bothered to even call me back. Very unprofessional !!!!! I went to Truck accessories and they had everything and installed the next day. I highly recommend going to truck accessories over this place. I will never be back here for anything and i will not recommend this business to anyone .
