★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They saw me coming and I am so angry.
My front driver side tire blew out and these people quoted me $115 per tire and had the tires in stock, so they said. I was aware I needed to replace both front tires and being an all wheel drive should replace all 4. However they had no deal that I could afford.
On arrival they did not have my tire in stock. I should have walked away then and used the dealership However I let them put the tires on and put on. The bill was over $600 on completion! So much for my expected $300 spend.
I still have to replace my back tires and now stuck using them as they gave me Kaltire exclusive without informing me!
To top it off they did not put my donut/spare tire and tools back in the trunk. I found it loose with jack and tools looking like they had just been thrown in. The wheel locking nut was not replaced where it belonged but handed to me in a baggy! How much was the bag that I do not need!
So angry do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately for me, I had to stop in at the Kal Tire on 32nd Ave for the second time this year, but fortunately both times I have had incredible service!!! I was told to go there by a number of my nurse colleagues, with rave reviews of their kindness & excellent service! The first time, I called after a 10hr day from the parkade with a flat tire, they closed in 30mins, but said to come on over! The amazing team (I'm sorry, I don't have names!) worked SO fast & got things fixed in no time!
Just yesterday, after another long day, my tire pressure was super low, so I popped over to see if they could take a look. Without hesitation, the one gentleman, who is the manager perhaps (?) said to pull around & he'd check/ fill up my tires.
I am indescribably thankful for the kind & quick service. I will always go to this Kal Tire location, ideally not within an hour of them closing... but THANK YOU for helping regardless! You are wonderful, & appreciated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dissatisfied. I went in for new tire install. They installed the tire and told me that wheel alignment cannot be completed because the vehicle needs $1700 of additional repairs. Now I have new tires that will wear out because I cannot get the wheel alignment done. They could have informed this before they installed new tires, so that I can plan accordingly. Representative should have been upfront about these expenses. Very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cardholder (2 cards & Driver License) was stole by one of their employees when I left my car to exchange tires on last Saturday. I left the cardholder in the car, I found it was stole when I wanted to use it to pay. The management did not give me a satisfied answer. Although I know it is hard to say who did it, but BE AWARE when you come to this location for services, I don’t trust the employees here at all. SUCH A AWFUL BEHAVIOR. I hope the person who stole my cardholder will enjoy using it ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been into Kal-Tire on 32nd twice in the last 9 months to fix a leaky tire. My first visit I spoke to an Indian gentleman ( possibly the manager ); he asked if I could be there in half an hour. Once I arrived I was greeted by Beth. They Got my suv in right away. My second visit was similar asked if I wanted to go in that day but unfortunately I was at work so I made it for another day. Everyone is very personable and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a set of tires here a while back and have had to return to the shop for rotations and patches every once in a while.
The folks here are super friendly but more importantly trustworthy.
Today the owner went above and beyond for me. The shop closes at 5:00. I was stuck in traffic and showed up 20 minutes late. He stayed late and waited around for me so I could have my vehicle this evening.
This place rocks and I would absolutely recommend it
