★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently got catering from Nando's for our company lunch and Michelle was extremely helpful. With so many menu options, Michelle was able to cater to our needs and took my order over the phone. When I arrived to pick it up, she ensured that everything was included in my order before I left and advised she would check in with me to see if the amount and items were satisfactory. Thanks to Michelle, the whole process was very seamless and our whole team enjoyed very much. Thanks again Michelle, we will be sure to order again soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was good, but the customer service could be better! Either to ask for water or cutlery or take home box, there was quite a wait time (servers were not frequently passing by or stopping at the table after serving food to see if guests need anything else).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually love this place but will never order from here again. Thankfully I went to remove the tomato off the sandwich otherwise I would have missed the VERY raw chicken. Not acceptable and could have made me very sick if I had not noticed.
Update- went online to provide further information as was suggested but never heard from anyone. I guess this location really doesnt care about the poor service provided to their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently had the pleasure to attend this Nando’s location on Friday 18th 2022. Ample parking space and great location, unfortunately that was the only positive experience I had of this location and customer service. Waited for 40 mins (in person as I was dining in)before asking would my food becoming out soon at which pint the server mentioned that they had forgot about me. The whole experience and customer service was some of the worst I have ever seen and truly hope management read this and invest in there staff which in turn will help nandos deliver a great dining experience for anyone who might venture to this location in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work in Nandos in the UK so definitely had to pop in! Menu is totally different to the UK and as a vegan was more difficult to find the vegan friendly options but i worked it out, the food was really nice!! Staff are not as friendly as the UK branches but wouldn't stop me returning
