E	Elizabeth Chwakanowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not that great. Gave them 3 chances and consistently disappointed. The food is not tasty at all. I got brussel sprouts - way too oily, salty and BLAND. Spicy (hot) but absolutely no kick to it. Tasted like nothing. Mashed potatoes were also too salty. Chicken was well cooked but again, tasteless. The marinade sauce they use is bland.
A	Alykhan Charania on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we ordered the jumbo platter meal and we first had to wait 20 minutes for the order and then they only gave us 4 personal sized sides instead of the large sides. Basically $20 worth of food on an $80 bill and not enough for everyone. They also got the flavors of our chicken wrong and the quality was horrible. 20 minute drive so going back wasn't an option. I would be more forgiving with my rating if this was the first time we have had issues with our order from here - but it's not.

You will never go bad with the whole grilled chicken for only $20.5, the best price for a chicken in town. A great service with friendly staff. Usually I order over the phone and it takes around 20 minutes to get the delicious meal ready.
M	Mudassar Khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered full platter and spicy wings, other than the side nothing seemed coming fresh out of the kitchen, chicken was cold/half cooked.. plus the staff forgot the sauce twice..May be they were tired but there was still 1 hour left in the day when we got our food..utterly dissapointed with this locations quality of food and service

D	Darcy Nhieu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Classic Sharing Plate (whole chicken + 2 sides + garlic bread) for 2 people to go. We chose fries and rice as sides. Extremely disappointed!! Portions of the sides are ridiculously small! We received the equivalent of a small McDonald’s fries! And the portion of rice was unbelievably limited (the equivalent of two scoops of a spoon - see picture). That’s a portion fitting for a child! So much for having a « sharing » platter. I am a big fan of Nando’s but not this time, or this location.
W	Wolf Of the Canada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order dinner from this location when I get there the order was ready on time but employees were in really rush they replace my order in a paper bag and they put it sideways and all the grease leaked the and broke the bag in my car it makes messy this is completely employee fault bc of they do rush and they don’t care the customers. Second response; I came same day I made the review it was 6:30pm
E	Esteban Naranjo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at Nando’s and probably our last. The restaurant opened late, even though the website and the sign at the door said 11:30. The customer service was lacking “service” and even though there were no other customers, we didn’t feel like they wanted us there. While waiting for our food, visited the bathroom and the door did not close. In terms of food, the flavour was great. Very tasty and juicy chicken. Same with the sides. I just wish there had been more sauce, which was brought at the very end of the meal, even though I read on the website that you can “grab the sauces and dressings you fancy”. It’s unfortunate, but the service made it very unlikely we’re coming back.
