In brief: the best pharmacy in the area, no contest. As a sufferer of various illnesses and conditions which require daily medications to manage, pharmacies are a regular part of my day to day life. A constant, bewildering array of switching and redosing medications means that I have to do a lot more than call in refills every once in a while. Past pharmacies I've used have been, at best, a little apathetic and confused. But most of them tended to be a lot worse. There was basic lack of understanding on the way my dosages were being managed, I'd regularly just not have medications show up when they should have, I'd have to argue with the staff - not something I enjoy doing, knowing that the staff are human! - just to have my antidepressants available to me, and on occasion have been asked incredibly uncomfortable and invasive questions as part of a 'Health Check' which made me incredibly uncomfortable to be around that particular pharmacy at all. When I lived in the area a few years ago, this was the pharmacy I settled on. They weren't perfect, but they did the job well and didn't make things more difficult. Now, after moving back here again, the management has changed a little and is, quite frankly, going even above what I'd consider a usable pharmacy. The staff know my name and face, and know about peculiarities in my dosing even when it's someone who hadn't been around. They clearly explain any changes in how my medication is being distributed or paid for, and correct discrepancies of their own accord rather than letting them lie. If they make a mistake, you can tell them and they'll fix things right away. They'll make phone calls on your behalf when needed, and keep you posted on everything to do with your health. If you live anywhere even remotely near this pharmacy, use it. Use it even if you hate Loblaws. Use it even if it takes a while to get there. Your life will be so, so much easier.

Switched to this pharmacy a couple of years and a couple of medications ago, and they are fantastic to deal with! Go above and beyond, when needed as well. I have also used the dietician who is wonderful! Knowledgeable, professional and superior customer service all of which is much appreciated by this customer.

Helpful, understanding pharmacist and staff. They had both name brand and generic versions of standard over-the-counter items that some of the other nearby pharmacies didn't seem to have in stock.
