B	Burnuts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for and oil change and brake job! The service was good! Very professional I didn’t get the usually call saying they found more problems with my car like the other places I’ve gone. I felt good leaving this place. Home of the lifetime warranty on pads!

I had no issue at all with the car service , but because of that customer service rep , that store will lose 5 very loyal customers who purchase winter tires frequently, not counting referrals. Circling back to my main point , I would appreciate if someone from management could reach out to me about this

I called several garages this morning to see if anyone could accommodate and was told I'd be waiting at least 2 weeks for an appointment. On the advice of a friend I called Midas Baseline and they told me that even though they were "swamped", I could drop it off and they'd try and get to it asap, probably within the next couple of days. That was fantastic news to me. After a few hours they called back and told me they'd complete the work TODAY and I'd have my car back that evening! I never expected the work to be done so quickly and I'm so infinitely grateful for that speed and the professionalism of the staff. The guy working the desk (so sorry I've forgotten your name) was absolutely friendly and lovely. I will 100% be back, and will recommend this location to anyone needing service!

Hard to find a good place to bring your car like this. I feel they value what a car means to you and want you to be satisfied and will go the extra mile to do it. Not many garages like this have integrity like they do. They explain the issues thoroughly, give options if available and try to keep costs reasonable. Will recommend highly!

I left my car with them, it was an issue I forgot about a year ago that I should have dealt with so my bad. They had my car fixed within 24 hours. They went above and beyond and fixed a dent in my front bumper free of charge. That's right I said free of charge they did it without asking. When they told me I was so surprised and thanked them them as getting any sort of body work done on my car is absolutely not within my budget. They were very polite and friendly. I will definitely go back. Also as a female it's hard to find places that don't look at you and see $$$, that's always my biggest worry as a single Mom. Anyways I will be going back 100% Thank you Midas!!! ?

They've always been extremely polite and honest and extremely helpful. I've always left the shop feeling super confident that everything was taken care of. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone, and I will surely stay with this Midas location as a loyal customer. Thank you so much for all that you do and your amazing customer service, it feels great to leave a car shop with peace of mind and not feeling like you've been robbed!

They are quick and do the job correctly. During the pandemic it’s hard to find people still eager to help, but the staff here are truly amazing, professional, and kind. They also make sure to do their part in keeping their staff and customers safe with a clean environment. I won’t take my car anywhere else. Thank you Midas.
