Helpful, knowledgable, and friendly staff makes finding the perfect products completely painless. Oriana in particular went above and beyond in helping me understand different products and choose the right dry food for my cat. She was very patient with me and was a tremendous help!

I came in last weekend to get some help in finding a soft dog food that will help my little fur baby gain some weight - since she LOVES the Royal Canin Wet Food. I normally go to the vet to get this food but with them having a shortage, it brought me over to Rens. I have to say, I came in and was helped by a lovely girl ( I forget her name but she had the coolest and nicest purple hair ive ever seen) as well as a man named John. They were both SOOOOOOOOO HELPFUL. Im telling ya, she walked me over the store to find the perfect food and John gave insight on how I can help my little girl gain some weight. They were happy and willing to help and it is SO RARE these days to get the level of customer service I received. PLEASE pass my thank you to both of them.

The store is really clean and some items are cheaper than Amazon or the item are the equivalent! I'm definitely coming back! If you have pets at home skip all the other shops and come here! They have a great variety of toys, food, grooming items, coats and boots etc! I 100% consider this place!
