★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disappointed with my visit to the Sandy Hill Pet Food Co-Op tonight. I don't use this store for deliveries or pet food so I can't speak to that service but I can speak to their customer service at the store front. I have had experiences in the past where the girl at the cash has been nothing but nice and helpful. However, tonight I stopped in and the lady at the cash was not very friendly or welcoming. She barely looked up from her desk when I walked in, didn't offer any assistance, and was not very welcoming towards my dog. I think the only words she said to me was to keep my dogs leash tight so that she didn't knock anything over and then that she didn't accept visa. I ended up leaving without purchasing what I came for because I did not feel welcome.
I am sure she did not mean to come across that way but unfortunately she did, Perhaps I expect a higher standard of customer service at a such a small store where I am the only customer present.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute best service I’ve ever received from any retailer, they care SO much about your experience and the well being of your pets. When my cats had allergies come up and I had to cancel orders they were so accommodating and helped me research affordable and high quality alternatives for my cats. We can’t thank you enough!
They also have a large selection and will custom order anything you and your pets need. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!

Between being extremely friendly and helpful, to offering useful suggestions and caring about what you are looking for, they are simply the best. I have been going here for 3 years now and can say that the level of service has never wavered, and that each time I go in it feels like I am visiting friends rather than buying items so to speak. Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SIMPLY THE BEST. I buy cat food from there. I have a picky eater of a cat who only eats one specific kind of food that can't be easily found. I always order in advance. The store keeps track of ordering etc and my order is ready in no time. Plus, the people working there are the friendliest nicest people. And there's free parking right there. Can't recommend them enough. Way better than big box stores. Better service. Same or even sometimes better prices. Much friendlier smiles. Why wouldn't you want to shop at this place? :)

Amazong store for your pets. ( i am unaware for animals other than dogs and cats since I dont have does) but im extreamly content with their service
