L	Lucas Desjardins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great group of people! If you own exotic animals I highly highly suggest you skip going to pet smart and come directly here!. I have been at this store numerous amounts of times and there attitude has always stayed the same very positive, very talkative, very informative, very friendly. I absolutely love coming to this store to even talk about reptiles with the staff. I just bought a mist king system from them today and this is the first store who's actually sold me exactly what I needed as appose to upselling to the bigger kit! I have a decent drive every time I come in to this store about 45 minutes but I would drive here every day if I had to!

One of the few companies where it seems like the staff are actually a family (from what I've seen). Better than any big company pet store, actual quality pet food, actual animal experience.

They also carry a lot of wet cat food and toys. I've been going there for almost 7 years now and I've never left disappointed.

They have a groomer on site. Haven’t been to their east end location but the Carling location is pretty solid. Prices are for the most part consistent. Some items are over priced as can be expected.

My opinion of this store changed after I emailed the customer service email more than two weeks ago asking if I could have crickets and other items delivered as I am currently disabled and unable to drive. Never heard back until I followed up this morning. I received a response within minutes telling me to call the store if I want faster service (over two week response time on an email is not acceptable in any industry) . Do not offer an email under customer service information if you do not want people using it. I will never be returning to this store.

A huge toy and treat selection as well. Their reptile section is amazing! They have a large selection of both artificial and bio-active habitat decor. The live plant selection is awesome! The staff are extremely knowledgeable on their products and very helpful with answering any questions.

They have lots of little fish to see and have a huge selection of everything for any pet. Family owned and the workers are so nice. Other location is in Orleans.
