★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local sleep doctors will refer you to this business. From years of experience having sleep apnea, they don't charge competitive prices- double to triple prices of online retailers. They are also not very knowledgeable of their products. If you can find a way to not have to deal with this company, I would suggest it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inspiration Medic have the worst prices. I was quoted $330 for a ResMed QuattroAir CPAP full mask. I mentioned I was a bit shocked since they are about $160 online and my plan only covers 80% of $300. The woman on the phone said they can't compete with online prices and the Public Service Health Care Plan will not reimburse me for an online purchase. Fair point on competing with online but that doesn't justify a 100% mark-up over online IMO. I called SunLife and this is absolutely false. They will reimburse with a receipt. Unbelievable misinformation. Will never support this business in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! I was referred here by the doctor who did my sleep study and have been in contact with someone from the clinic for months. Took the afternoon off work and drove over an hour to sit down for the consultation and be told that the trial is $199 for 30 days and it is not covered by insurance.
I think that’s probably something someone should have mentioned at some point in the 11 emails and intake form that were submitted since October 2021.
A quick google search and you can purchase a machine online for less than their 30 day trail. I will not be back, and would advise others to stay clear!
