★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used another oxygen company before but have switched to ProResp and it was the best thing I ever did. Not only do they come one on one to explain everything; but they do not leave your house until you are comfortable - then they follow-up often. They also come every month and replace tubing and clean and inspect the equipment. They are just wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with this place.
Had a one month trial script for a CPAP machine. Renter beware - it is not a monthly rental fee (ie 13th to the 13 of the next month) but full fee for each month you have the machine. Don't rent one until the first of the month....and get it back before the next month. $75 is $75.
No flexibility at all. Can't believe they have not addressed this before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never head of a company not offering online debit. This company does not even offer Automatic payment from your insurance Everyone offers it why not them. Today I will go to pay the bill grrr. You should offer a portable debit service Like the Fast food . Anyway Oxygen should be free to all the one in need.
