★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure why the reviews say the receptionists are bad. I called not too long ago to see if they were accepting new patients. Unfortunately, they are not. However, the receptionist Sandra, was nothing but respectful and patient with my mother and I. She even spoke to my mother in Korean as she did not understand English very well and was the reason we were able to find our new family doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctor is wonderful, but the clinic staff is so incompetent I am seriously considering finding a new doctor: phones not answered, messages not returned, providing wrong information, mixing up patients, you name it. I'm afraid someone's health will be seriously impacted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible receptionist.... Was rude and felt non caring. Wasn't able to help me. Which is fine but also didn't give me any other places to go for heart problems. Just said we can't help good bye.... Point someone in the right direction not be like oh poor u good luck byee... Thanks for caring... Tone and what u say means a lot to sick ppl. Please care about them at least.
