THIS REVEIW IS ABOUT THE STAFF AND REGISTRATION PROCESS NOT THE DOCTOR (as we never got to that process) When I first read the clinic's review online and they had a 1.9 star rating, I did not trust them because I work in the service industry and I know it is easier to criticize than appreciate. Mu husband did say that reviews reflect the kind of service they offer BUT I still decided to move forward. My experience hasn't been satisfactory at all (I am very easy to please). I have to say I am appalled by the number of issues I have faced within one month of registering my daughter with the clinic. 1) During my registration, I sent them my daughter's details with 2 mobile numbers (one for myself and the other for my spouse). They got my number registered with some other kids registration. I got multiple calls for his vaccination. I was left with a rather rude voicemail saying I hadn't turned up for my appointment which I hadn't booked (obviously my number was on file for some other kid). I got that sorted out by calling them up-This happened while my registration was in process and they were waiting for my daughter's Immunization Chart. The lady apologized and said it was a mistake at their end and she would rectify it. 2) I had a call scheduled with Dr. Uday Chadha for the 14th of June. He called me and finalized the vaccination dates for my daughter-30th June and 31st July. The doctor seemed nice and I had no issues. I did ask him if I will receive an email for the dates confirmed-to which he replied-NO because they are already CONFIRMED. As the clinic is a 35 minute drive and both of us are working, I decided to call them on 30th June to confirm the time again. Firstly I was put on a hold and the call was disconnected. The second time I called, was again put on hold (which I don't mind) but then the lady at the other side said that she cannot find any appointments/records of the CONFIRMED appointments. 3) Moreover, despite having my records rectified on 14th June- their records still showed that I had two appointments scheduled that I missed (for some other kid on their file) and even though the lady said that they document every conversation the they have (doctor or receptionist with the client)-She could not confirm the vaccination dates, they type of vaccination my daughter was due to receive. My daughter is overdue for two vaccines (as her previous immunization don't match the Ontario requirements) The clinic could not find my daughter's DOB on file and that was shocking-they have wrong/incomplete patient information!!! What was even more frustrating was that though I was still being polite (working in service industry ethics) the lady was in the blaming mode-if she couldn't find my appointment, maybe I did not book it. The appointments were booked for the other child and they did not show up was also my fault. Hence, we decided to remove our daughter from their list. I can't take chances with my kid due to this kind of mismanagement.

** update Someone finally answered and then hung up.... Now the phone dosnt ring and goes right to voicemail..... BTW there are 4 incompetent woman working at the front desk "answering phone calls" My son has had a cold (NOT covid) for over a month, called the office for 4 days, no answer or call back, brought him to appletree to receive an antibiotic, cold came back and wanted to bring him to his FAMILY DOCTOR this time... It's been 2 days now and still refuse to answer the phone no matter what time during their opening hours are. And haven't received a call back, PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME Don't make the same mistake I did, Just wait the time to find another pediatrician... Literally no pediatrician is better than having this one... If I could give 0 stars I would.. And this is what their "website" looks like...

Very friendly doctor and very inviting specially when it comes to a kids, except one thing he to change those receptions

If I can give less than 1 star I would. This place is the worst of the worst clinics ever! They have no regards for the child or even the parent. When you take the child in for an appointment they just administer the vaccine and give the cars and leave. They don't even stay in the room for a minute to ask how the child is doing or if I have any concerns. I couldn't speak to the so called pediatrian! Only his low life minions who are incompetent and don't even speak or understand proper English. I dont know how this practice is still open! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. When my kids had covid and I had to reach them I couldn't get thru to them by phone and making an appointment was next to impossible. I am taking my kids elsewhere!!!!! F this place. I hope they close this practice down!

Front desk staff Mary Jane is the worst . Rude and just doesnt care . Once my prescription was not send to my pharmacist even tho Dr anu's assistant said to me that she gave it to mary jane to fax it .. after almost one hours and half of waiting I had to drive back to clinic and my prescription was right there in front of her while shes sitting talking on her phone just chilling . Other occasions she hangs up the phone while I was waiting ... The one star is for the Doctors but the front staff is a zoo

Dr Anu Chadha is the most incompetent doctor ever. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS DOCTOR. Doesn’t see patients and when you request to see them you get her assistant. 2.5 years post triple bypass surgery and still refuses to see patient to do a proper check up. Is more in it for the volume of patients to run the billables up vs actually providing care. This doctor is not for the patients but for the money. If I could give less than 1 start I would

I've dealt with Drs my entire life due to many medical conditions, but never had such a bad experience with a clinic. All in all the service is horrible. Mary Jane did you get any education? Rudest person I have ever encountered, go get some help. It doesn't hurt to put a smile on your face, remember that you're dealing with patients. All not to mention how Dr Anu is always in a rush.

I have not seen my doctor in years, as I am a nurse and only seek care when I genuinely believe it is worth getting checked out. I had a virtual appointment booked only to never get a phone call during the allotted time, nor was there any follow up after the missed appointment. Wouldn't be surprised if it was still billed anyways. What a joke.
