A	Arpit Kumar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved to Ottawa a year ago and have had a hell of a time finding a family doctor. But this clinic has been a life saver. Dr. Kaushik is a beyond understanding and empathetic doctor who listens. The wait times can be frustrating but the staff is beyond kind and Dr. Kaushik is amazing.
a	amin kh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving them one star is even too much. We had an appointment at 11 am and they took us in at 3 pm. Even though we had an appointment they made walk ins a higher priority. Whoever runs this place is unprofessional and clearly a 2 year old can do a better job.
B	B4NE1 STEALTH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I checked on Google, it said not too busy on the timeline under main info. The website said there was little to no wait time. When I showed up to check in there probably 30 people in and around the entrance of the clinic, and 4-5 people in line to check in. I've been here for 4h41m and initially checked in after about 20 mins. Was told that I would receive a text 30 mins beforehand. Still no text, and I've seen people called in who were after my place in line to check in. I've been sitting outside almost all day. Not fun.....

The staff is horrible and the wait line is even worse. Even though u have an appointment u still have to wait 3 to 4 hrs in line.
J	James Rourke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor was great. Staff were professional and I think doing the best they could considering how bad burn out is in the medical system right now. I did a walk in and arrived at 10:30AM and the website said a 4+ hr wait. I was put on a list and was told I'd get a text 30 mins before. I left and came back 5 hrs later because I didn't have a text yet and ended up waiting another hr but I did get the text 30 mins before. Obviously the wait times are bad but it's not really their fault.

This clinic waited until 30 minutes before my appointment to call me and tell me that the letters they provide with the results do not include the date and time of the test and that other people using their results were turned away by airport security. Why advertise providing this test for travel when the letter does not have the necessary information? Now I am stuck with no test result and no time remaining.
O	Olivia Davis (Olivia Davis) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Multi-hour to several-hour waits. No respect for appointment times - you will be seen hours after a scheduled appointment. No compassion here. Waited 7 hours and ultimately refused service all together because the doctor "doesn't sign paperwork for school" even though the check-in computer provided that as an option. Never got to see the doctor. How many years will this location be receiving displeasing reviews before Apple-tree steps in and fixes this place up?....

You get here on time, and they are gonna tell you that you have to wait an hour because the next patient was here early and they already let them in...so basically costing me 20$ for parking to wait for them which is fun right?
