I have been on hold for 15-30 min with no service and no option to leave a voicemail. I understand adjustments are being made during the pandemic but before you make excuses, I work in health care myself so I know this is absolutely not acceptable. My pharmacy has tried several times to reach the clinic via fax and telephone unsuccessfully. Extremely frustrated with the lack of patient services.
M	Maneet Uppal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, and staff don't even care if your issue is serious and causing you trouble. I recently moved from Toronto and live around kanata. I've been trying get in contact with one of their skin doctors and it's been more than 2 months and they've not given me an appointment in 2 months. Every time I contact them, they put me hold or tell me that "its nothing, just give it time" while doctor haven't even seen how bad it is getting. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone, they don't take you seriously. Zero star because I never even saw the doctor.

Showed up about 10 minutes before the clinic officially opened and there were about 9 people already waiting in the pharmacy. Took a little over an hour to see the Doctor, which in my mind isn't unreasonable. Overall, I would say my experience was a positive one. The woman registering people at the front window was friendly and helpful. Dr. Ali was warm, friendly and attentive to my needs.

Highly skilled and flexible, they were able to squeeze me I for a last minute vaccine no problem. Would definitely recommend this location and will definitely be back. Thanks guys !
J	Johnny Birtch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told to wait until things get worse. The telehealth doctor was very clearly not interested in my health and wanted to move me through as quickly as possible. We are in a pandemic, and this doctor is still clearly just trying to bill OHIP.

S	Sarah B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Other virtual clinics have a much better system where you can book online and get a 20-min time window + the phone number to expect a call from gets emailed to you. Here at Kanata Mews Clinic, there is a 2-hour time window where you will need to anticipate a call from an unknown number. Appointments are booking about a week ahead as of writing this.
