★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic is not super clearly marked but it is located within the pharmacy, you just have to go in to the counter and ask. The service was extremely fast and friendly. There was hardly any wait time. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this place a couple of times. It is great for quick checkup with doctors through telemedicine. Something that you have to wait for hours in apple tree gets done within minutes in here. The on-site nurse is very friendly and helpful. Totally happy with my experience. Ottawa needs more places like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with my experience here. I was seen immediately and the nurse who helped me was extremely helpful and professional. She was really respectful and patient while I went over my symptoms. The doctor who helped me were both great. I will definitely be going back the next time I need to see a doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a phone appointment for an injury and the doctor said they'd be sending a requisition for bloodwork, an x-ray and an ultrasound. I never received it by email and the next day I'm still trying to get access to my requisition and can't get any support from their admin staff for a follow up. Super unprofessional virtual services.
