The two technicians who work there are very knowledgeable, take the time to get to know the customers to better serve their clients. Very customer focused, I very highly recommend this location. Very friendly and always smiling. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
J	John Fairfield on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star given only because no-star is not an available.option. - I had a confirmed appointment at Medigas’ 1679 Carling Ave. office in Ottawa for 9:30 am on Saturday March 30, 2019 - Before leaving home at 8:10 I consulted the Medigas webpage which confirmed a) the premises was already open b) that it would remain open until 4:00 pm. - When I arrived at the premises at 9:15 it was completely deserted despite the sinage on the door indicating that service would be available from 8:00 am to 4:00 on Saturdays. - A call to the office number was answered by a message on an answering machine indicating that the premises was only operational from Mondays to Fridays. - A subsequent call to a Medigas call-centre confirmed that the 1679 Carling Ave. office should be staffed and operational on Satrurdays with the exception of long week-ends. - I finally left the premises at 10:30 when it became evident that none of Medigas’ staff members were going to show up. - In summary: When I made the appointment I was cautioned that failure on my part to show up at the appointed time may result in penalty charges. My own wasted time in addition to a fruitless 60km roundtrip journey will certainly be considerations in any discussions and decisions in future about a preferred CPAP supplier.

They provided some of the most efficient yet compassionate service I have ever received in my time dealing with my CPAP issues. These two are an outstanding duo and really very hard working. Thank you ladies and thank you medigas for ensuring your outlet had such qualified, knowledgeable and capable people staffing it.

The staff at Medigas were very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in walking me through the system. I began using the machine just before the covid crisis. Dispite my stubbornness and excuses to not use the machine, Lysa Kingham and her staff were very patient with me, and I am thankful for that. The machine itself is very quite and helps me get a good rest. I would 100% reccomend using their services.

Lysa Kingham is not only very competent, demonstrates outstanding dedication to customer needs, but also offers her precious people skills, to make difficult choices and decisions simple. She helped me with the equipment trial, equipped with all right accessories and was instrumental in me successfully filling out all pre-approval and insurance claim documentation for my insurance company. I can strongly recommend Medigas at Carling Ottawa.

Her level of service and follow up to emails was first rate. She helped me with the equipment trial and the subsequent purchase of the unit.

Rather than helping me fix my CPAP, all I got was a sales pitch for a new one, not covered by my insurance (the mask gave out after 10 months). I will have to jerryrig something for the next two months, but won't go back to Carling to get the new mask. A most disappointing experience overall!
