★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baskin-Robbins at 1500 Bank st store consistently provides good tasting franchise icecream and icecream products. The servers are always polite, however I have never felt any real appreciation of my business. I have been to this store many times for many many years and will still buy icecream. But I have no expectations to see the server to smile or make any effort to make me feel welcome in the store.

We spent $9 on two cones and this young girl working tonight - May 31, 2022 at 7:40pm was so cheap with the ice cream we almost left the cones and walked out. Never have we had such pathetic cones. She put one little sad scoop on each on our cones with not an ounce of ice cream in the cones. I am so disappointed I don't think we'll be returning. I'll spend my hard earned money somewhere where they don't nickel and dime on ice cream.

Today I bought the same ice cream and I am so disappointed with the staff.
For a medium cup that I paid 8.35 for I got this amount.
When I told them that this was not the right amount, they treated me very badly and when I was leaving the store they were talking behind my back.
I am not going to this location anymore.
