★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't expect a lot of help if you have a system covered by the Phillips Respironics recall. You're pretty much on your own. ProResp's main focus seems to be reinforcing that the recall isn't their problem.
They didn't register my machine properly when I purchased it, so now they're the only one's that can download the data I need to be able to get it replaced. Not helpful when you live over an hour out of town.
Disappointed doesn't even come close to describing the level of service. I would have been better off if I'd purchased my system online.
