I bought my ResSense machine from a different company almost four years ago and had not heard anything from them. One of the hoses broke and I almost died when I found out that it was going to cost me $75.00 to replace it. On 2 Mar/21 my N20 mask finally died, the soft plastic around the upper edge let go from the hard plastic holder and it was finished. I called the company that I had bought my unit from and was dropped during the transfer twice, their receptionist didn't stay on the line to make sure the connection was made. I called VitalAire's main number explained my problem and explained my problem. I didn't know I was talking to someone in Toronto. The service rep took the time to walk me through where to find the part numbers for my ask, inform me my complete tubing set and water were 3 years over dure for replacement and why. She also explained that my government insurance should cover it. We talked about the length of time I can expect my machine to last, and the supplies I needed. I learned more in the fifteen minutes on the phone with her than when I picked up my CPap machine when I bought it. I ordered the supplies, she notified the fine people on Industrial Ave, Ottawa when I wanted to pick it up and everything was ready. We opened a new account, discussed the special soaps and their alternatives and made arrangements to move my account to VitalAire for monitoring. If you are looking for a CPap, or a BiPap machine, make an appointment and definitely take the time to talk to them. Their knowledge is shared in a way that is easy to understand and they answer many of your questions before you can think to ask them. I should have gone here first, then I wouldn't have had the problems I had.

I was in a vital air to pick up a oxygens meter for my son. The ladies that helped me out were so nice and friendly. They also gave me great details about the machine I was picking up, since I’m no expert. She also asked question before handing things off to make sure she had everything I need, and thankfully she was thorough because we had the wrong piece. Thanks ladies for being great at your job

Since I started with this company they have moved 3 times. The current location seems to have difficulty finding my file it seems to me because it originated from a different location. The company my spouse uses calls him to set up regular appointments. Vital Aire never calls me. I need a replacement part for my machine and I am currently trying to reach them and have been on hold for over 45 minutes. Obviously they have no respect or regard for my time. I have given up and hung up.

Very poor customer service. Everytime you need to order oxygen tank or supply you need to call and wait 30 minutes to 1 hour on the line to speak to a representative. They keep promising to have their web site set up for orders however 4 yrs after nothing yet. Now for invoicing most month I have to call or send them an email to get my monthly invoice. The only fast thing they do is to sign you up at the hospital or to get my money every month.

Fatima Sidi is a credit to this company! She spent an entire afternoon assisting us in an emergency. She went above and beyond to help us get a CPAP for my father-in-law. Thank you, Fatima for all that you did! Since the day of his release, Nora, Fatima and Joyce have been extremely helpful and have played an integral part of his release. I visited the store looking to see what supplies I needed. Monica was extremely helpful in getting me information on what my insurance covers. I will definitely return and shop for my supplies at vital aire. Thank you very much for being professional and informative!

Over 10 days calling vital air on industrial ave to get my order of pillows for my sleep apnea. The lady talked above me and wouldnt listen to anything I had to say by laying blame on shipping. I thought this place was more professional in dealing with clients that have been with them for over 10 years. I need to breath not listen to excuses. Update” I contacted you on march 19th and had requested a receipt for my order that finally arrived to submit to insurance and I have not recieved any reply to date and still no receipt!

I required a new mask and tube for my CPAP machine it took me 5 phone calls to get through to someone. No one returned my calls and I had left messages. I finally ordered the new equipment on the 5th day when I was able to speak to someone. I asked to have the equipment delivered as I am currently unable to drive due to a brain injury. The package was supposed to be delivered last Friday May13, but I missed the delivery and the package was rerouted to a drop off location (Staples). I called the courier today and it is suppose to be delivered tomorrow. All and all it will have taken me 10 days to get the equipment and many phone calls to both Vitailaire and the courier. As well I have been without the use of my CPAP machine for this time, which is not good. I am not sure I will continue to deal with Vitailaire and may look elsewhere for supplies and service.
