We are especially grateful to Ante Laurijssen for ensuring my sister has the best wheelchair possible, to David Barber for taking care of her wheelchair each year and when we needed a new sling right away, Jacques Breau came to our rescue! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke with Yves regarding a few concerns with seat adjustability and options for someone who's near 7 feet tall. He gave me options and references for myself to do some research on. I wasn't able to get exactly what I needed due to the cost of specifically what I was looking for, but for anyone who needs help or somewhere to go for vehcile accessibility, go and speak to Yves here, and he will help you out! He had a very quick response time for me and was extremely kind and understanding while dealing with him. Thank you again Yves your help is much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top notch service from renting a wheelchair to purchasing one with ADP (Assistive Device Program) funding. Stuart took care of all the paperwork for the final purchase along with Jaye, Mom's wonderful OT (occupational therapist) . He also provided outstanding service in tailoring Mom's own wheelchair, attending to her specific needs and requests with professionalism, compassion and remarkable patience. I highly recommend dealing with Conval-Aid for your loved one's mobility needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the absolute pleasure of working with Stuart and his team at Conval-Aid when my grandmother broke her leg and needed more assistance for her day-to-day mobility and comfort.
Stuart worked with us from the beginning and was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and compassionate. The way he dealt with my grandmother was truly special. He made her feel cared for and treated her like family! Additionally, he walked me through the entire process and made the entire process seamless and easy. Without him, I would not have known where to start!
The range of equipment Conval-Aid can access is top-notch, and the expertise is second to none. My grandmother now has equipment that was made just for her so that it hits her perfectly and keeps her comfortable while still allowing her to have the mobility she needs.
I cannot recommend Conval-Aid and Stuart enough. A truly exceptional quality of service and products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wheelchair elevator installed in our garage last week. The installers were polite and efficient. The elevator works great.
It was the same installer who installed my pool chair lift. It also works wonderfully. I am able to enjoy outside family time again.
Once our basement is done we will without a doubt get a stair chairlift from Conval-Aid. They have our complete confidence. My life is becoming more accessible because of them ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad is 82 years old he is wheelchair bound. We purchased a lift chair from Conval-Aid last year. Yesterday the chair stopped working (of course in the up position) my dad's mobility is very poor and he relies on this chair pretty much 24/7. When I called to request a service call I thought I would be lucky to get a tech out this week. Nop, a tech was there in the old age home with covid protocol time requirements in under two hours - are you kidding me. I have waited for pizza longer than that. And he had the replacement part with him and installed the same day. Fantastic customer service. The tech (Jacques) was exceptional. If you are looking for a company that will stand behind their product and have your back - you just found it.
