In all of our engagements he was kind friendly and knowledgeable. He never once pushed a fee based consultation on me nor did he stop rendering me free advise if I had a questions.
After moving to Ottawa from the GTA I knew there was no better person to handle my accounting than Charles. I booked my first consultation and it was incredible. He walked me through different alternatives and approaches I had never considered.
