I usually don't write a review but I've just experience the worst treatment from the Salon manager at Heron Rd. I've been faithfully bring my dogs to Petsmarts for their grooming needs for over a decade. I've always had Chow-Chow mixes but this time the bill was over the top. I usually pay $230 with taxes inΒ but today my bill reached a little over $280. When I confronted her she said it was because one of my dogs was an adult now? Usually my bill would change after 6 months not a yr and a half. Then she said prices went up but my first chow price remained the same. When I asked her why one of my Chows was priced less she asked me if I would like her to changed the bill to the same amount as the more expensive one in a concending way. I asked ifΒ I could see the last previously bill and explain why such a huge change. She said no and she said that I should have that bill already from last time. I asked her is this how you treats paying customers her respond to me was you didn't pay yet? WOW!! She also pointed out that she charged us another $12 dollars cause one of my dogs moves alot when you groom her behind, she is jumpy and asked if I ever groomed her myself. We have ALWAYS tipped the groomers and appreciated their hard work. We will no longer bringing our dogs and her response was she was banning us from her Salon which we are completely fine with. I own a small dog walking company and will be letting our customer know how poorly we were treated. I suggest ask how much it will cost before bringing your dog in at Heron Rd Pet Salon.

Update- it’s been almost two years and I am so thankful to all the groomers at a Petsmart Heron. Loki loves each of you; he is also excited when we have an appointment. Thank you for being so great! Just took Loki for a puppy bath and nail trim and I am very pleased. Jamie was amazing with him. She gave him extra love during the dryer as he get nervous. He was so happy thanks to the amazing service. Thanks Jamie for taking care of our Loki ?

The store is clean and the staff are friendly! I go here often, mostly for dog related items but my last visit was for some fish products. I had some questions for the staff and they were very knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions and direct me to the products I needed. Ample parking available and sanitizer is provided at the doors.

Update March 2022- I have been taking my two french bulldogs to the petsmart grooming heron and all I can say is they are lovely! I am always getting coupons for grooming my dogs come out looking wonderful. I had an appointment for my 1year old french bulldog. They couldn't take him because he just had his yearly shots the day before. I asked if they were able to take my 6month old french bulldog. They were, I told them this was her first groom. The groomers were amazing to talk with we made sure to use sensitive shampoos. They let me know if there were any issues. My dog came out looking great no concerns or issues and I would recommend them. Thank you!

I have had a horrible experience at the grooming salon with an incredibly rude and condescending manager; Bob Gordon. Be very careful if your pet has a heart condition -go elsewhere. My dog has a heart condition, which was declared to PetSmart grooming many times. I booked online (using my long standing profile), where the booking system specifically asks whether the pet has a heart condition and if you select yes it prompts you to sign a specific waiver before completing the booking. I did all that. In addition I also left a comment in the β€œnotes” section of the booking page. Then, I called the salon 3 days ahead of the app to ensure all is in order. When they answered, a staff member told me that β€œsomeone should be checking this” and she is β€œnot sure why it was missed”.. then she left and manager took the phone. Bob was just plain rude telling me that it’s my fault - that as a long time client β€œI should know how to book.. β€œ And Bob’s solution was that they will β€œblock me from booking online so I am forced to call” (apparently they can’t handle their own process). This is not the first time I had to deal with a rude staff. For $77 a cut&bath on a miniature dog, they should have some level of costumer service.

I appreciate all of you for all your help! Thank you! Camilla, PhinTin (my ESA; was very sick, near death with a bladder disease where he was in the hospital for three days...why isn't there a push on getting pet insurance!!! Peter, my son's cat, his ESA his "baby", and Stormy; my daughter's ESA (RIP Valonna. 4 years ago at 17 years old.) Thank you for your kindness and compassion. I'll ALWAYS be coming to this one store. A+ customer service representatives. Thank you ?

Great store to buy all what your pet needs. Great prices. Was shocked how much this bed was for our Pekingese Missy, way less then what I thought with our perks card! I couldn't put on floor fast enough!!! It was to replace an older bed!
