I have been shopping at their store for the last 20 years as I love their furniture, but my most recent experience was horrible. I ordered a dining room set in September 2021 and was made aware that there would be delays due to COVID. I accepted the delay as I was told to expect the set by December or January at the latest. I still do not have an undamaged set and it is now April. :( Although the sales staff were excellent, customer service has been less than ideal. The table arrived damaged in December and a dowel for one chair was missing. I contacted their customer service centre by email, as directed, but received no response. I had to go into the store to check on the status and then had to follow-up again to have the table top and base picked up months later. The table top and base are finally in (I had to call to find out) and will be sent to my house, but still no dowel - this is ridiculous.

I was very happy to order several items over the phone by speaking to Kevin Barnaby at the Heron Rd location. He was a breath of fresh air to deal with and was super helpful. It didn't matter the amount of times I called him to ask (many) questions, he was always willing to answer them with a jovial disposition. My items are scheduled to arrive on April 01 and I'm very excited that most of the pieces I choose were in stock. I absolutely would recommend Kevin for his exceptional customer service. I've dealt with many sales people and he is ranked at the very top. Thank You Kevin!!!

One particular employee who helped me and truly made my experience pleasant was Shabeena. She was very nice, professional, answered all my questions and made sure I had a good experience. He was very welcoming, polite and overall friendly with a great attitude. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and was very informative. We were very pleased by the service and I will definitely be coming back and ask for him to assist me in the future. Above and beyond service, which is really refreshing. Thank you so much Kevin!! I definitely recommend coming here, not only are the prices affordable and reasonable, but the service is fantastic!

He helped us to find a perfect couch that fit all of our size requirements and answered all of our questions regarding warranty and delivery. It was delivered in just one week, we got luck and they had one in Ontario warehouse. Then we found a very nice 2 seater recliner in mark up and Kevin was able to get us even greater discount on it, even gave us tips on where to find movers to get it to our home. Overall had a great experience and really enjoy both items we have purchased at Leon's. Thank you Kevin!

We are a young couple who just bought our first big furniture purchase together. She clearly explained all of the rules and regulations for the warranty, helped us finance and had it shipped to us within a week! Great saleswoman and an overall fantastic person. The couch is pretty nice too ?
