We have been dealing with Alteriors for 15 years and have never been disappointed with the quality. We have purchased pieces made by Ligne Roset and Bensen that are unique in design and totally comfortable. Interior design images allowed us to select the right sized pieces for our condo. We love the style, quality and designs that are always simple, classic and contemporary. We purchased a carpet and sofa in Feb. 2020. We received the items today. We were not satisfied with the customer service, delivery and specifically with one staff person. We expressed our concerns in writing and verbally and we did not feel that we were heard and our concerns were not resolved to our satisfaction. As a result of this Alteriors has lost us as a customer and we will not recommend Alteriors to friends, family or consumers moving forward.

Completely customizable for whatever space you are creating. Today's trip, was to build out a dream bedroom for our new home. Our new bed is spectacular! Gorgeous textures, beautiful fabrics, leather - so many options, beautifully narrowed down by the amazing team. Mark is great to deal with. Excellent follow-through and professional. He is patient, kind, creative and so helpful. He really listened and helped us design the perfect room. Incredible service and spectacular pieces. Our go-to for all furniture, beds, mirrors and lighting.

I worked with Mark for almost a year as I slowly furnished my home. The brands of the furniture weren't what kept me coming back but rather it was my experience with Mark and the rest of the staff. They were allies throughout the year long process and never once did I feel like I was working with a sales person. Be it the home visits, honest feedback and opinions but not pushy sales tactics, the many iterations on custom pieces, and in general the friendly nature and responsiveness I always felt taken care off. The customer experience here matched the quality of the brands. Life long customer.

He told me everything I needed to know about these chairs, and he has sold them for a long time so he was very knowledgeable. Even after letting him know that I was looking to buy second hand, he told me to go for it, as the current supply chains of Herman Miller are back order 9+ months. I would recommend this store any day and will come back anytime for interior design furniture!
