The store had a lot of great pieces. The staff members were friendly. Not everything that they sell can be seen in store--much of it is custom ordered. They have sample wood, stains, and textiles to view as well as brochures from the manufacturers.

Mandy is the BEST - her attention to detail is unmatched. The delivery was seamless, and we are obsessed with the furniture that we bought. Thank you, Polanco! Highly recommend stopping by for a visit if you want quality furniture.

Hi Mandy and the team at Polanco. I have been over-joyed with my exceptional experience with you and the Polanco team. What started out being a simple décor color change from gold to silver in my living room and dining room, turned out being also the replacement of my counter stools, the acquisition of new ottomans for in front of my fireplace, new table lamps and floor lamp, the revamping of my bedroom linens and throw pillows as well as the wall art for my master bedroom, master bathroom and dining room, the redesign and purchase of a new desk, desk lamp and area rug for my office, and the purchase of new lighting for the entire home. I received almost everything except the wall art and the lighting and it all has been worth waiting for. Everything is absolutely breath taking and Mandy and the team’s customer service was impeccable. I have to mention that the team is very generous as well. It included the gifting of the white branches for my large white vase in the living room, two white Christmas trees in silver pots for my kitchen island for Christmas, white hydrangeas for my silver vases for my low boy server, all of the candles and of course the replacement of my large outdoor planter pot and artificial globe and its pot after it breaking after falling over some how in my garage while being stored for the winter. Everything was delivered promptly and turned out to being more lovely than I could have anticipated. I absolutely love everything. I am so excited with my new looks and can’t wait for my wall art and new lighting. I love your store and your personalized service and what you do to make a home amazingly comfortable. You are the best and will be my only go to store for any of my furniture and décor services. I cannot thank you enough. From start to finish my experience at Polanco was fantastic. After visiting several other stores in the city and being underwhelmed with either the selection or the service, I found everything I was looking for here. Mandy was very helpful; asking questions in order to tailor her advice to suit my preference, style and home. She has a great sense of style and an true eye for details. I do not often write reviews but I had to share this information about Polanco furniture and the staff. I literally had to furnish an entire home in a short period of time and I would still be sitting in an empty house if it was not for the amazing owner Mandy at Polanco. She has impeccable taste and carries such a wide selection of beautifully made furniture , as well as custom options , that I had so many choices at different price points. Also , she gave such good practical design advice and really looked at how I was going to live before making suggestions. Her son Zach , who oversees deliveries amongst other things , is great to work with and ensures that the placing of the furniture in your rooms , assembly and delivery is absolutely perfect. Prices are also reasonable for this quality of furniture. She has a great selection of accessories as well. Thank you Mandy !

What an experience it was to work with Polanco & Mandy to furnish my home. If I could select 5++++ I would have. From planning, to delivery, setup and post-delivery the service was outstanding. The quality of the product is great and combined with the attention to detail and service I would say this is the best experience I have ever had furnishing a home. The real differentiator is that they have the clients best interest at heart. This was demonstrated when I mistakenly selected a sofa that would not work in our space and Polanco remediated it immediately. Mandy identified it would not work, took the product back and then helped me select one that would work.  Simply put the complete service is exceptional!!!!

Thank you Mandy, Zach and Alex. We took delivery of our chairs and ottoman on Friday, April 1, and we couldn't be happier. Understandably, the pandemic has had an impact on the supply chain and we had to wait longer for our furniture pieces than we anticipated, but it was worth the wait. The tufted ottoman is a work of art, and it complements the sofa and the focal point for the seating area in the room, our fireplace. The swivel chairs are definitely quality built and the workmanship is superb. Mandy, thanks for your ideas to help us select the colour of the materials for our pieces and thank you Zach and Alex for a superb job in delivering the items to our home and your care as you placed them for us.
