★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store! Staff was friendly and ready to help. Got a couple recommendations on in store items, might head back to buy them. Took my bike in for a blown tire without an appointment, and got it back several hours later, but within the day. One small mistake at the end, that they put my rear wheel on backwards, but that was solved in seconds and it's definitely understandable given that there wasn't a cassette of gears so it's a 50-50 shot.

Pick up was quick and an employee offered to assist bringing my purchase to my car. Very happy customer ! Thank you.

I'd like to personally thank Jason as he was especially super helpful and an absolute gem. Prices are also super competitive/cheaper than competition so I'll definitely be returning for everything I need.

I recently got into road/gravel biking but did not know anything about the technology and options out there. They were patient and helped me upgrade my bike to suit the type of riding I wanted to do, and even got me fitted properly so the bike fits like a glove. And when I wanted to try out cross country skiing, they helped equip me with the right gear and clothing - without going overboard for a beginner. Highly recommended.
