β β β β β I received great service! If you see the review below about someone being bumped for a customer who was 15 minutes late - that was me but I was only 6 minutes Late. Fresh Air Experience is trying to follow the COVID protocols and have people book appointments. This person who was complaining about the service walked in without a mask and was rude! I felt that the manager was very polite and courteous to this gentleman! Thank you to the management at FAE for trying to keep your customers and staff safe!

β β β β β As an avid cross-country skier and biker in Ottawa, I have been using Fresh Air Experience since moving here from southern Ontario (>10years). I am consistently happy with the service and knowledge of the entire staff, especially the service shop. Duncan, Nick, John just to name a few have always gone above and beyond to help get me back on the trails/road. Definitely my go to ski and bike shop for all my equipment needs.

β β β β β My wife and I spent an hour with Bob yesterday getting outfitted for the coming Cross Country Skiing season. What a wonderful experience! Bob took the time to explain the equipment options from skis, poles, boots, wax and clothing. Duncan helped carting the purchases to our car. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great layout and an overall 5-Star experience. Well done Fresh Air!

β β β β β I'm late in writing this but wanted to share some words about the wonderful staff at Fresh Air Experience and the fantastic service that they provide. Whether I've needed cycling gear and apparel, or cross country skis and accessories, I've always found what I've needed here. But more importantly, the staff, with their knowledge, friendliness, willingness to help and just overall good vibes makes the shopping experience second to none. Duncan, in particular, has always been a pleasure to converse with - he's kind, very knowledgeable, and guaranteed to make you laugh. I've had great conversations with him and Grace? while shopping there and it's always made my day. In any case, if you shop here (which you should) you won't be disappointed! It's clear that they take great care of their customers and it doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you, Fresh Air Experience, for all that you do for our community and for enabling people to get outdoors and enjoy the beauty and magic of our seasons (especially our winters) in Ottawa!

β β β β β We dealt with Duncan the store manager. He is a great mechanic and just a pleasure to deal with through the purchase and a return visit. He treated us like family members. He was efficient at getting parts and looking after our bikes in a timely manner. It was great having him calling us and keeping us updated on how the repairs were going. I would highly recommend this bike shop.
