β β β β β Jack is an extremely experienced skiier. Ive always found ski boots uncomfortable despite skiing for over a decade. He found boots that fit perfectly on the 2nd try and will offer the desired performance as well. Having good boots may be the most important gear in skiing and finding good ones is not nearly as simple as it sounds. I cannot stress enough that jack is an expert and clearly knows his stuff.

β β β β β Bad attitude! I made a order for a pair of skies using my CSIA pro deal. When I give them the pro deal forum he looks not happy at all. And they don't give me any updates after more than a week. I call the store and they only say 'I have no update for you!' and hangup the phone. As a ski instructor I would not select this store again

Eric Dinardo is a master.
I had bought a pair of ski boots last year and ski with them just once.
Because of the Covid and work, i couldnβt go back and ask for fitting.
I managed to book an appointment with Eric and went to the store today.
Eric found out that the boots that i had bought were one size too big.
So he recommended a different pair that matched my feet better.
They used a heating machine and more fitting and β¦. The boots as he said it, hugs like a ?
Excellent service!!
So we exchanged the boots even after 1 year, i know i used it just once and covid β¦
I foind the receipt using Dext app :)
The ? fitting is a must.

β β β β β Typical average service. There is not in depth knowledge. Had to come twice for the same problem and adjust my bike and still wasn't completed 100%. This is not something notably terrible... just not too of a good service.
But....someone in the store stole my tire levers while you kept my bike at your store. For this you get 1 star instead of 3.

β β β β β I came in 20 minutes before they closed and it was really busy. Dylan and one of his colleagues (didn't catch his name exactly) helped me sort out my skis for 30 minutes after the shop had already closed. Next time I'll go during the day but these guys were running around trying to help everyone and were very knowledgeable.

β β β β β I have purchased 2 bikes from there store on Bank street along with many clothing and bike accessories. They are true professionals on knowledge of there products they sell for all seasons. Just to prove a point I had a bad experience on my bike and a total breakdown where I could not ride the bike at all I was able to get the bike over to Kunstadt store on bank street and within minutes my bike was serviced and I was on the road to finish my bike ride and there was no cost at all I had points which I used to pay for the service. Goes to show you when you stay with one store for all your accessories and service proves that the store treats you like a true customer ?
