The sales guys I feel could be a little difficult to get accurate feedback from to make an informed decision being new to the hobby I need someone more like Marc who has hands on experience and can give helpful feedback to make the right decision.

This is the benefit of buying local. One would certainly have been tied up for months,in a string of emails and shipping delays before the item was replaced. I recommend this buisness.

Knowledgeable staff in the store took us through our different options for a newTV and sound system and explained options for incorporating older CD and DVD players to the new sound system. They worked with us to schedule a timely delivery and set up of our new TV and sound system and the team that actually did the delivery and set up were very knowledgable and polite. Very happy with the whole experience! We will be back when the time comes to add additional elements to the new sound system.

He gave me plenty of time and answered any questions I had. Overall, a great experience and an easy recommendation. Definitely one of Ottawa's best audio stores!
