I opted for his custom-made Prologue bike (Galbraith model)...which was less than the off-the-shelf bike I was considering from another store. BUT what matters even more than price was the service I received. Mike made so many great suggestions for components, geometry and more. I can't get over the quality of the components & his workmanship on the aesthetics (it's titanium so I had him sandblast a design). This 'gravel' bike will be used as such, but also for touring and as my travel road bike, thanks to the S&S couplers that allow it to fit into a suitcase-sized travelling case. I'm beyond excited to see where this bike will take me. Thanks Mike - your highly-personalized service & attention to every detail was so appreciated!

They did the work really fast and the wheel is now perfectly true. I was riding my bike the day after I dropped it off. So when my commuter bike broke a spoke this week and it needed a true as well, I knew where to go. They again did the work really fast and the wheel is perfect! If you’re looking for a great service shop with great staff and mechanics, this is your place. I will be going back for sure. Thanks Euro Sports for keeping me riding! I love the small shop and friendly staff.

We did the entire transaction over the phone and email as we live in Toronto, but still received incredible service. Couldn't be happier with the transaction. Highly recommended!

I was given as a gift, a pair of x-country skis which, as it turned out, were not the right size and fit. I live out-of-province and had concerns about how to exchange or return the skis. Euro-sports immediately sent replacement skis and arranged for the return of the original skis to them without skipping a beat! BTW....the skis are amazing! Loving them in the Alberta Rockies! Thank you Euro-sports!

The lady told me I couldn't buy them though because she was hoping they would be sold as part of a package deal - but I was welcome to try them on though..... EDIT: After reading the response from the owner, I've lowered my review score. Such a capitalist approach at the END of the season to try and up sell by refusing clients ready to buy items because you still have Skis sitting on your shelf that havent sold.
