Even at my heaviest weight, I was treated with respect & patience and the staff ALWAYS find me a pair of sneakers that are comfortable and fit well to my somewhat odd feet. The personalized service coupled with the staff's impeccable knowledge of all their products makes me keep coming back. After the recent lockdown lifted, I made a trip to purchase a much needed new pair. The staff were fantastic with dealing with the capacity restrictions, still giving the same great service, all while moving people in and out of the store quickly to move the line up along.

The Freedom convoy has created a huge impact on the city and on her being a nurse trying to come and go from work. She asked her mom to go with her so I could watch the children. She didn’t know what to expect. As she expected she received the most amazing care from staff and came home excited knowing she can work in the hospital with less foot and leg pain. It is so unfortunate she was afraid to go alone because of the convoy. Not knowing where it was and how it would effect her. Thank you Running room for making her feel safe, comfortable, and supporting her in ever way. You are amazing…

I haven't purchased a new pair of sneakers in about 3 years, nor am I a runner, so I really needed help. Kendall, Phil, and Justin were SO incredibly helpful and kind. Justin helped me find exactly what I needed, even though I didn't know what I needed! I really appreciated how he respected and worked with my budget. He was even able to help me locate the sneakers that worked best for me in my preferred color! My experience at this store was excellent. I was intimidated walking through the door- I thought I had no business going to a store for runners. That feeling quickly went away when I realized the employees were not going to judge me for my lack of ability or knowledge. They were more than happy to help me and I appreciated that. I highly, highly recommend this store (and the team!) for anyone who needs a good pair of sneakers.
