★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not going to lie - you're online is as good as Consumer Distributing back in the day (insert drum roll.) If you don't know what that is - I recommend you do a little research. I was online via my Facebook App and had a terrible time ordering or going through your site. I said to myself - let me switch to my computer, it's good to give them a second chance... Not going to lie it was just as bad and the app. I recommend spending some money and evolve your online presence. Or you will be the next Champions, Tommy and Lefevre, Sears etc......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good products when you get them, but usually almost nothing in stock. Pages and pages of products, click on most, and no sizes in stock. Terrible website, a huge waste of time. Then if you do successfully checkout with a product, often a few days later they email you to say they don't actually have your product, and your being refunded.
Foot Locker should be seriously happy about having little competition in Canada, it wouldn't take much to be better. I guess as long as they have a near monopoly on sneakers in Canada we get screwed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a good shoe selection. The prices seem to be regular price not too expensive but not cheap either. The apparel selection is not the best. Overall nice clean store but could do more with their big space

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won a raffle for a pair of Jordan 4, clicked on the “complete reservation” button to confirm my purchase and the app crashed. Tried to click again and it said “request failed try again later”. I tried afterwards for a few hours and still had the same message. By that time i had lost my reservation, very disappointed and such a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a very unfortunate experience with a worker who wouldn’t exchange an article of clothing despite coming within 45 days and with the receipt. She became confrontational when I insisted the rules don’t require me to have the tags; threatened to call security.
