★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall this is a great store with a wide variety merchandise whether it be for gifts or for personal purchases they have quite the selection ranging from sex toys, hats, tshirts, piercings, sunglasses, underwear board games, comiccon memorabilia and much more! I was really impressed with the customer service- the staff were very friendly and very helpful in identifying my needs and helping me find what I want. I would definitely recommend a visit. You're sure to find something that you like whether you planned to buy something or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Spencer’s as a customer, been shopping there for years and I love it, however, I decided I’d try applying for a job there since it’s one of my favourite stores. This is where it falls flat for me enhance the 3 stars, I applied in December and at first they only told me I needed A reference which was a battle but I ended getting it but then they ended up saying I required 2 which they never told me until I got my first one. It was a continuous battle of back and forth with them - they never once called me when they said they would I always had to be the one to call them for answers. Someone would tell me that they didn’t get my reference and then a day later tell me they did?? After like 2 months of this tediousness I ended getting declined the job which I’m really sad about cause I would’ve love working there. It’s a shame. I believe it to be a case of poor communication on their part and poor management. I hope they become more organized in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great store. Has so much to look at and / or purchase. Pric8jg was ok, and the staff were super friendly and courteous. 3 members were offing help, but not in a pushy way. I don't get to the Mall very often, but it's a given I will end up in there!!! Give it a shot. ***they do have some "adult" things mostly higher up. But if you have kids and you don't want them to see it, I would go in alone or stay away from that section. I'm not a prude, I would look, but I had my 24 yr old daughter with me, so was a little awkward. Not complaining, I think more stores should sell adult stuff. Great work to the team at the store! Thank you ?
