They were knowledgeable about the products and helped us to find exactly what we were looking for and provided us with information when we inquired about products that were no longer made. An enjoyable store to shop in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is very nice like all of them and I love the products but staff are super annoying I think they were 8 working on floor and 6 of them they asked me the same 3 questions. As soon as I was looking at something they will tell me the price and two of them were following me around the store. I left after 10-15 minutes ended up not buying anything. Very annoyed with the experience I'll rather buy online in the comfort of my house and not having people following me around asking me how is my day like 6 times.

She helped me select a beautiful purse and helped me out in every way she could. Definitely coming back. Purses are beautiful, customer service is great!

Since COVID, they have made a point of sending emails to keep me up to date with new products and have been extremely helpful with online purchases. I look forward to visiting the store, which is always so nicely organized, and talking with the wonderful staff. Ottawa is lucky to have such a wonderful Kate Spade location! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for high-quality, original pieces, and a kind and friendly staff to assist with purchases and provide product recommendations.
