Staff are only nice when they know you're going to buy something. Check for prices online first before coming here, because they once sold me a dress full price when it was on a huge sale online.

The sort of customer service I had with Ted Baker Rideau Center and its store manager was so ridiculously horrible that can be used as an example of how horribly customer relation can fail The story started when my partner wanted to buy a Ted Baker dress. The same dress was 40% off in Nordstrom, but oddly my partner wanted to buy it from Ted Baker's original store (Very soon we both regretted this decision, exchanging Nordstrom's highest customer service for the worst). She called the store and asked if they would like to win our business by matching the price! No business with a sane mind would say NO to that. If another store is giving the same product for a lower price, and we are odd enough to offer you to win our business, you should gladly say YES (and usually with an extra 10% or some other incentive). But this store manager chose to give us attitude before agreeing to this. I mean if you don't want our business, just say NO. If you say YES, then be happy. Within less than 28 days from the purchase, the store put the same dress for 50% off. Now, they have a "7 DAY PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY AND 28 DAYS EXCHANGE POLICY". That's also a bit ridiculous. Someone can put more cost on their business and return a dress and buy a new one off the rack on their 8th day, but they can't walk in the store and ask price adjustment for the same dress. Regardless, I always respect businesses' return policies and I never argue. But this was within TED BAKER's return/exchange policy right? When we asked for price adjustment, he gave us attitude again. But WHY? This is your policy! You should encourage it. He mentioned, we have already done price adjustment for you once. BUT SO WHAT? You should be glad I offered to buy it from your store. NORDSTROM had it (and oh we had to prove that for half an hour the first time). And it is was within 28 days. I could have simply returned it and bought a brand new one from the rack and that would have costed their business more!! So what is the problem dear store manager? For some odd reason, he chose to mark it FINAL SALE. I have no why. The first time, I was simply nice to them and chose them over Nordstrom (where is my extra incentive) and the second time I used their store policy to get price adjustment (As a gift card because it was within exchange period which is valid, logical, and respected) I wish this was the end. Apparently when my partner tried the dress in Nordstrom and bought it from Ted Baker, I recalled the wrong size. She never tried it again until 23 days after the original purchase. Being glad we are still within our 28 days exchange policy (specifically targeted for size adjustments), I walked into store, found the right size and asked for an exchange (of a dress that was not worn once and was pretty much in its original wrapping). BUT WAIT, it's marked FINAL SALE ... bought why? No one knows. Any one with a sane mind and basic math can understand that TED BAKER's store manager's logic was wrong and his customer service is no where near Canadian standard. I am glad the 3rd time I did not had to deal with the store manager. The nice lady working there as the management offered to exchange it for one last time when I threatened (and meant it) to buy the second dress. After that I decided to trash the gift card I received after the second price adjustment. Who wants to deal with such a horrible client service. Advice: Go to Toronto, Go to Nordstrom, Don't buy Ted Baker ... but never buy from Rideau Store

Exceptional customer service. A very nice, informed, helpful and attentive salesman made my gf and i feel very comfortable and welcome. Lots of styles and colours complimentary to men and women of all skin tones which is not always easy to find in designer clothing.

I love love love this store. It's so clean and pretty. The changing rooms are so lovely and the displays are very pleasing! I like the staff a lot too. They don't interact with me much usually because it's quite obvious I'm not intending on buying anything, just browsing, which makes sense but they all seem well trained and happy :) The one bad review on here is not even worth thinking about. Entitled people will be entitled. Most stores don't want you as a customer if you're rude. Just go to nordstrom man! Anyway...I love this store. Not to mention the clothes are JUST my style!

Ted Baker is one of my favourite places to shop at. What I like the most is the staff members at Rideau location . They were very helpful, lovely and professional. I was helped by Kait, Sati and Kelsey who were a delight to talk to.

I am the client of the Ted Baker for a long time specially this branch. Katelyn the manager is so professional and classy she always helps me through everything in there ..so patient and calm she really spend time with you during the shopping. All the girls have an amazing customer service they are so friendly... Always enjoy my shopping

The best customer service I ever had. The staff members explain the sizes really well and gives opinions and recommendations to guide the customer. I was able to make the right choices and purchase. I sincerely thank Kelsey and Abdullah for their hard work. I really hope the company recognizes.
