Poor communication with me, I constantly had to reach out to them to find out the progress of my phone repair. Every time I got through to someone they always asked me to call back in 30mins.
After 7 days staff told me that phone was repaired and in transit, day 10 when I picked up the phone they said it was not repaired.
When I question why staff had told me my phone was repaired when it wasn’t, staff said:
“The technician lied”
What kind of company is this?
Total waste of time, total waste of energy.
Please don’t make the mistake I did. I do not recommend this place.

Called several repair places to fix a phone screen, this was by far the lowest cost quoted to replace it. I called back to double check, and had them spell it out for me just so I could be sure. Made my way all the way out there for this killer deal.... And I'm told it'll run me $120 over the original quote. Of course I don't have a paper trail, so they wash their hands of it. If you can't be honest with me about the price, why would I trust you with the phone?
