repaired here in the last month and the service has been great and very fast.
One was a shattered screen and it only took a few hours to fix. The other was a battery replacement, it took less than 1 hour.

I got there on time for the appointment but they had no information on my appointment and did not have the parts for my screen replacement. Complete lost of my time, as they could not even guarantee they could get the parts for my phone (Motorola). Call before going, as their system does not work well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very old iPhone 4 and for the longest time I had known I needed a new one. In the recent years I had become a “minimalist” , buying only what was absolutely necessary and since the iPhone 4 worked then I did not need to buy a new one. That is until I dropped it in my bowl of soup. The Phone died completely and I was about to travel and needed to make many phone calls not only here in Ottawa but abroad. I couldn’t justify buying a $1200 phone so I googled legitimate places to buy a used iPhone and found this store. Mobile clinic had a series of refurbished iPhones for very low price starting at $135 and up. Some were only available online and since I did not have time to order one online I just went directly to the store. In less than 10 minutes I bought a new iPhone 7 including the charging cable for $229 plus tax. The gentleman who helped me “Raj” was extremely knowledgable very fast and efficient not to mention super polite and professional. There was a lineup of people and he was serving pretty much everyone at the same time. The woman ahead of me had a broken phone that she took to the Apple store and she was told it was hopeless. Raj fixed her phone and she was on top of the world. The gentleman in the back me had several questions about his broken phone and Raj was honest and told him that the phone was not repairable. He explained in detail what the issue was. So for sure he knows his stuff. I highly recommend this store not only if you need a new cell phone and you don’t want to break your bank account but if you have any phone repairs. Please ask for Raj he is awesome. Thank you Raj I’m so grateful for your help.
