C	Cecilia Muir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products are great and I received good service assistance in selecting and arranging for transfer of a product from another store and the hemming of a pair of workout pants. Unfortunately, I was advised everything would be ready ‘after 4 pm on a certain weekday’. When I arrived neither the alteration had been done nor had the item been delivered from the other store. Store (or company?) policy is NOT to call customers to say items are ready or not. The store associate suggested I ‘read the words more carefully’ (meaning I had shown up 6 minutes before 4 as opposed to after 4 pm, and to try again next week to come back to pick up both items, since the person who does the alterations hadn’t been around. Lululemon: we are in a pandemic. Please phone customers who have already paid for their products and are expecting to pick them up to advise that items are ready for pick up. Please don’t suggest customers should be making trips which may be pointless to pick up items which may or may not be ready. Clearly this staff member wasn’t thinking through her comments, but it certainly left a paying customer feeling admonished rather than well served.

So much so that I made sure to tell the girl at the cash who helped me so he would get his commission. They don't make commission! Their staff are just that nice! Thank you Justin!!!

They make shopping at a brand I usually am a little apprehensive of, fun, enjoyable and relaxing. This approach absolutely trickles down to the staff, as all of them are friendly, well versed with the product, and willing to assist customers find whatever it is that they’re looking for. 11/10 for Anna, Libby, and the entire lulu Rideau Team!
