Always a pleasure and always satisfied with my shopping experience at this store. Joseph is great to work with. He’s prompt with his replies to my questions and he communicated clearly. He helped me pick a sports jacket, a suit, and a few other items. He made sure they fit correctly, made the necessary altercations, and the final products fit PERFECT! I also got the items at a huge discount with the sale they had going on. Yes the items are superior in quality, yes you see and feel the difference, and yes it’s worth the money. I will definitely be back soon.

This store is only good for online order pickups and returns. They don't have a good selection of clothes, no knowledgeable staff and not even half-decent tailors to do a clean alteration. I have been to other Harry Rosen branches in Toronto, and there is a significant difference. It is really difficult to find decent fashion brands here in Ottawa.

Horrible customer service, I Went in to buy a Moncler Montbeliard coat, the lady working in the Moncler section didn’t bother asking me if I needed help after I waited several minutes. I then went up to her and asked for the color / size I wanted and she seemed very annoyed that I was speaking to her. She then was very rude and said β€œNo we don’t have!”. I was still interested in the other coats but she kept being rude and brushing me off, not sure what her issue was. If your being being paid to help people find clothing, then do your job not sure why she felt so entitled lol. I will be going to Holt Renfrew where the customer service is much better.

This is as much a review of the store as it is of Garry Crutchlow who works there. He found me the absolute perfect suit for my wedding, made me look like $1 million bucks. Then the pandemic hit. Fast forward two years, one career change and few extra pounds for me. Went to go try on said suit again for the wedding and I'd gained too much weight. I was devastated. But Garry and the crew didn't miss a beat. Not only did they not make me feel any worse, they got me suit that was even better than the first, and saved me as much as they could while doing it. Saved my wedding, and now I look and FEEL like $2 million bucks.

I really enjoyed my experienced with Kam (clothing advisor), I told him my budget and he was able to work around it to put together an amazing outfit for my engagement. After seeing how talented he was I had to purchase 2 more outfits and absolutely felt like I got my moneys worth! Thank you so much and will definitely be coming back here. 10/10 customer service!

amazing shopping experience and all around customer service. - I showed up half an hour before close looking for an outfit to wear for dinner, as my luggage had not yet arrived. My good friend Enos stayed well past close with me and got me sorted out properly! Nothing but respect and proper service, an absolute must stop if you’re in the city and in need of designer clothing. Will definitely be back!! Thank you Enos!!

For a β€œluxury” store, the customer service is horrendous. If you aren’t wearing head to toe designer, they won’t even look at you (and I can see by other reviews, I’m not the only one saying this). Even after 20 minutes when you do get someone’s attention, they do the bare minimum & don’t even try to earn your business. At the Toronto locations, the people are incredible. Your staff is truly an embarrassment & has been for quite some time. Arrogant & pretentious. As someone who’s in high-ticket sales myself (and knows most people wearing designer head to toe aren’t the ones with the real money), you guys need a mass fire & re-hire or at-least you need to educate your staff properly. After all these reviews with the same statements from many months to many years ago, I don’t understand why nothing has changed? I will continue to spend my money at Simons & Nordstrom, like I did today, instead of your establishment. Places that have great and helpful staff.

Helpful staff that will help you find a good fit for t shirts to suits. Its expensive but its designer what else do you expect? Great place to find a present for that special someone.
