Do your due diligence check there YELP reviews before you purchase, as many customers have had issues with this company. There customer service will not help you as well! Your better off to shop at the competitors (Simons, Nordstrom) with way better service and a peace of mind.

I did not like the coat and I went in to store for return and they refused to refund claiming all sales are final and customers are made share. My boyfriend was never told it be final sale. He never buys anything as a gift that is final sale. Also, the sales here prefer to serve you in french so beware not to trust their english. We dealt with manager at time...just WOW

You only get email and it takes forever. So if this is customer service I will stop buying from them. I am supposed to send it back and pay for repairs its not even a 7 months old. Very disappointed I always try to encourage Canadian companies.

Very friendly and insightful salesmen, excellent customer service. They helped me find a nice coat that fit all my criteria. I can’t wait to receive my Malefica coat and love the Pom Pom hat. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for quality down parkas. It truly was a great customer experience for me and exceeded my expectations. Winter 2020, here I come!!

A BIG 5/5 They know I was going to buy on the Internet and still they gracefully assist me in finding my size by helping me try different coats. Because of their help I bought a magnificant coat, the "Monkland" during Black Friday Sale. The coat is very comfortable, high quality, warm and very flattering. I am Sold RUDSAK. Now on all my coats will be RUDSAK. Thanks again Jessie & Ahmed.

At the time of purchase they gave me wrong information about the return policy, so I purchased being told that I could have refund if return the item. Later it turned out wrong, the store told me it is not possible to return for refund… since no call was help full and they didn’t took the responsibility of their false information given to me, I asked to try another size atleast!!!! , it is more than a month and they haven’t done any thing! I have called many times. I called another branch and they told me they had a size available few days ago! When you call them, no body is responsible and they even don’t let you talk!!! Never would buy anything from them. So embarrassing for a “said” to be a good brand!
