N	Noah Baillargeon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide variety of products although the store can be dirty and unorganized. Had trouble finding staff or finding the correct place for my product of interest. Great location in the mall and easy to find.

The decor is very interesting as well. Lighting is pretty good. The staff is accommodating. Come here and be adventurous by trying out something new and different. Prices are decent as well. A fun time for all!
T	Tara C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to simons on Saturday may 14th. I was nearly scammed by the cashier. I opted to pay cash for my purchase of 67$. I have a 100$ bill. In return she gave me change totally 85 cents. When I asked her about it she denied I ever gave her cash. I pulled out my receipt and she typed it in that I gave her exact cash. Another worker came by and solved the problem and seeing the till was clearly over. I have no doubt she’s done this before. If I weren’t paying attention she would have gotten away with this. Please be careful!
M	Maggie MAL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of all I like the service at this place. A Canadian store (from Quebec) with quite a few Canadian brands and others that we don't see in other stores. Great clothes for the younger generation, shoes, and lots of choices for accessories from hats to socks.

I came in to see what could be done and the manager gave me a full refund. She was kind and apologetic for my experience.
A	Alaleh - FoodyTO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a two-storey department store in Rideau Centre that carries out men and women clothes, accessories, shoes, home collection, etc. Most of the collections are European and rather expensive, but they come in great styles. The selection of product is pretty good and the store is well-maintained, clean and well-organized.

The order arrived quickly and I was really impressed with how well everything was packed and wrapped. I purchased over a dozen plant pots and all were secure and safe in the box. The prices were comparable to other shops. I will order again for sure.

Most of my favorite clothes in my closet are from here-- and some really neat home goods (see adorable shower curtain and bathmat) One thing I'm not too thrilled about is their penchant for putting casual everyday clothes with expensive designer clothes. And they do have a lot of eclectic items, so you really do have to keep an eye out for your particular style as they kind of have a bunch of different styles going on. But the clothes are sturdy!
