K	Krizzle Velasquez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know why they have bad review for this location, but fortunately i had a very awesome experience after visiting this location. I had to return an order i placed online and went to this location to return it, the lady that help me is i think the Manager or Supervisor but upon checking me out a lady named DEANNA (that’s what on my receipt) went go and beyond delivering awesome customer service. She price matched the mules i was returning to the mules that caught my eye in the store. Overall i highly recommend this location for being awesome and delivering excellent customer service! I will definetly come back for a sale. ????
A	Alexandra Tadros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No variety of sizes at all. The store did not have the size for at least 6 different type of shoes I liked so I had to go buy them at another shoe store. Also, every time I shop at this store, it seems understaff and the service is slow. The staff is also rude, looks unpleased to be there working and it made me uncomfortable to ask them questions or to get me different sizes.

I passed by 2 weeks after still no one wear a mask they put it on only once you are in, definitely not an invited place, rideau store. I decided to go to bayshore sinces I like steve madden products, wow great expórtenle at bayshore.

One employee was sweet and helpful when I entered, but that was it when she left. I was spoken to in a condescending tone while at the register when I disagreed with a statement made about the long life of the boots I was purchasing, as I've owned many pairs of them and was speaking to my personal experiences with the quality. Yet she was bubbly and smiling with the employee next to her after. I will continue to buy the shoes, but the experience is usually subpar.

I was outside the return period but the manager was able to exchange the shoes for me. I will highly recommend this location compared to the Bayshore location. Bayshore location is way closer to me but I will rather come to this location because of the excellent customer service.

Not only the shoes took forever to get to my house but once they arrive one shoe was one colour and the other one was a different colour. When I tried to get help from customer services, they were being so inconsiderate of their error and did the bare minimum to help me or even apologize for their mistake. Honestly, just horrible customer service/experience in general.

Yesterday I visited Steve Madden at the Rideau Mall and was immediately helped. This was particularly impressive as there were only two staff members and many people wanting to try things on. I was looking for a few styles to buy so i requested four pairs in my size. Kevin helped me all the way through and was extremely patient as I tried many styles and sizes. I never felt like a burden and ended up buying two pairs that I absolutely adore. Kevin had my girlfriend and I laughing and I'll definitely be back due to the outstanding customer service. Give this guy a raise!
M	Mari F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shopping experience EVER. The male with long hair kept giggling and whispering to his co workers. The girl helping me with curly hair was “helping” me but also engaging with his disgusting and racist behaviour. I felt so judged and uncomfortable when I was minding my own business trying to find shoes. I found 2 pairs I liked but ended up purchasing them online because I’d much rather wait 7 business days to receive them than purchase from these two sales associates who made me so uncomfortable. First and last time I ever come here.
