The staff made the experience easy and comfortable and I have not been this happy with a shopping experience in a long time. Will definately come back and recommending to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt compelled to write a review to express the high level of customer care that I experienced from the Untuckit Ottawa Store (Canada). William (the store manager) as well as his staff, went above and beyond to assist me with a complicated online order. When I had incorrectly ordered the wrong sizes needed for Christmas gifts, he promptly assisted me to track down the sizes and styles for all of the items I needed in order to replace these gifts after Christmas (some were no longer available on the website), and he then facilitated the new orders, price adjustments, returns and exchanges as necessary. He was willing to work with me on this in a way that greatly exceeded what I would have expected from any retail store. I had previously shopped at Untuckit at another location, so I was already aware of the excellent customer service that Untuckit provides and is known for - but this customer service experience from William's Ottawa store demonstrated a commitment that went even beyond that existing reputation. I offer my appreciation to you and your staff for a job so well done! As for the shirts themselves - Untuckit is the only shirt I recommend to others to buy for the men in their lives. They make such great shirts with quality fabrics and styles that fit great, look amazing, and are so easy to wash and care for. Thank you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just outstanding customer service!!! A few weeks ago, I ordered four shirts online with UNTUCKit.ca during one of their discount promos. Unfortunately, I did not order the TALL version and ended up with a regular fit. I emailed William Socholotiuk - Store Manager at UNTUCKit Rideau Centre regarding my disappointment with the fit. He personally called me immediately [5 minutes after my email] and arranged a full exchange at no extra charge, despite the promo period having expired, and arranged for a FedEx return. I am more than impressed with his friendly and immediate exemplary customer service…… not to mention the great products they sell. Try them out – you’ll be a customer for life!

They deserve a huge shoutout for their level of customer service. I am definitely buying my work attire here for now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't often write reviews but it would be regrettable for me not to share our amazing experience at UNTUCKit. William Socholotiuk, the Store Manager, was so pleasant and helpful; his customer service was incredible. William helped my partner pick out an outfit for our engagement shoot and spent almost an hr with him finding the perfect outfit.
This is a big deal as my partner does not love shopping, so the ease of picking his size out and it being the same across all styles was an absolute gamechanger for us. The UNTUCKit size system is also perfect for us as I will be able to buy my partner clothes without him needing to go shopping.
I can't recommend this store enough!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been dealing with Untuckit online and then happened to stumble across the store while in Ottawa last week. I was meet by employee "Skylar" who was so friendly and helpful. It was close to closing time but Skylar didn't pressure me to hurry.
I explained that I wanted to try on some shirts just to see what size I am.
He assisted me and there was zero pressure to make a purchase, which was very nice as I had already just purchased 3 shirts online.
My dealings with UNTUCKit have been very positive and I have already recommended them to my sons and some co-workers.
I look forward to more browsing of the UNTUCKit products and hope that their customer service remains high for years to come.
What a pleasure to deal with.
