Staff were very kind and courteous, was very surprised at the level of service this location provided. Definitely brought my shopping experience to the next level!

First, there was a staff member who let herself through first instead of me when we crossed path. Secondly, there was the staff member at the fitting room who made no eye contacts and didn't even greet me but instead just walked to a closet expecting me to follow her. I even asked her if I should just go in but she didn't even respond. She has the worst kind of diva attitude I have ever seen in my life. Lastly, the staff member at the cash register asked me if I'd like a store bag for my sweater but I told him no and that I'll just put the sweater in my bag. He still went ahead and charged me for the store bag. I also didn't receive my receipt for the sweater too. He did have good manners but he just needs to listen better and to pay more attention. This all happened at around 3pm-4pm, Thursday Oct, 7th. For the management team: It is time to have a staff meeting and let your staff member know not to forget about good customer service, communication, and to have some sense of humility.
S	Simona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend visiting this store if you're looking to be treated well, or at the very least - respectfully by the staff here. I had a very disappointing experience with an employee here who harassed me for the clothing I happened to be wearing that day - she told me I was dressed "provocatively” and to make sure I cover up next time I visit. I was wearing regular gym shorts. As I was understandably quite uncomfortable, I started to head to the exit of the store, however, the same employee followed me and further accosted me because I was crying. She told me that my emotional reaction to what she said was uncalled for and that I was being dramatic and that I should know better than to dress provocatively. This is the last way I would expect to be treated by an employee at a store, particularly a RETAIL store. I will not be returning to this branch.

I went there many many times to find certain clothing and items that I’ve found prior online, you can’t even find anyone that can help and when you also ask at cashier they just expect you to know the layout of the store and go there to find what you need! I couldn’t even find anyone to help and I usually leave empty handed, the lack of help is annoying, get your money up not your funny up bruh!????

I intended on quickly finding and purchasing a swim suit as I was in town for the night, live 1.5 hrs away and forgot mine. I asked the lady near the door where they were, she rudely told me it was 6pm and that they were closed and I'd have to come back tomorrow, it was 5:52pm. If a store claims they are open til 6pm, turning a customer away prior to that should not be allowed. I will not be returning.
