★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All of my clothes are from here. It's quick, convenient, and cheap but still good quality items. The workers are nice, the locations are of great convenience, and I would 10/10 recommend their items to people I know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Ardene is terrible - not sure if that's true of the company as a whole or just this store. I bought an item and was paying with debit, and I think the issue was that the receipt didn't print out. The staff informed me that the transaction hadn't gone through...she thought...and that I had to try again. She said that if I got home and had found I was billed twice, I could come back in with my bank statement and get the money back. Got home and sure enough I had paid twice. I called the store and spoke to her and indicated I would come back the next day (I have to bus from Orleans). When I got there I was informed that they couldn't do anything without the appropriate manager/supervisor there. I was pretty miffed, but found out when should come back and returned a second time. This time they were saying they had to contact some corporate line or whatever to see what I should do. I waited in store at least a half an hour and was told that if I wanted a refund they would have to do a formal investigation, reviewing the transactions and the video cameras and everything and I could request this online!
The double charge was only $5 but that wasn't the point - they wrongfully charged me and promised I could just come back with my bank statement to get the money and then gave me the run around and finally ended by presenting me with a bunch of hoops I would have to jump through to get MY money that they wrongfully charged back. Disgustingly poor service and absolutely unacceptable from a company the size of Ardene. I will never return to this chain of stores again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to go to Ardenes for the crazy sunglasses selection but now it is very limited. I also went in recently to get small black diamond stud or drop earrings. They didn't have a big selection there either. Maybe if I wanted a white gem variety. Then I became interested in the rings they had there and the biggest size they had in any variety was 8 and I wanted a 9... I definitely still like some of their items, like the oversized scarves I bought in the fall. The negatives: the lack of selection and sizes as well as the cheap quality of the items. The positives: low prices and occasional scores of beloved items.

Excellent Gift ideas ! Beautiful scarves for any season. Stop by Ardene and browse around the store; I'm sure that you will find it a very nice place to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their stuff so much as it is cute and well priced. Would not last for long but I have bought many things that I needed "right now" from there. From leggings, to sunglasses, to running shoes to cute onesies! Cashiers are just sometimes not the best of your customer experience.
